At The Cake Queen & Coffee Bar, we refuse to cut corners. We believe that when you indulge in dessert, ‘good’ just doesn't cut it.  It has to be great! We source the best possible ingredients to use in our recipes and bake them with care, in small batches. We don’t settle and neither should you.

We serve the best in Fair Trade at the Cake Queen & Coffee Bar!  Our roaster is a local women-owned company who assists Fair Trade Organic Coffee Farmers in getting a fair price for their Delicious Coffee. Using environmentally friendly artisan roasting techniques, they optimize the outstanding aroma, heady essence & full bodied flavor of each coffee bean.
